One of the main activities of the project, the trainings, are multidimensional due to the project approach. Training activities are carried out with a training program under the headings of livestock, agriculture, economy, healthy living, social and cultural development, emergency disaster management, and spiritual development.
Training programs are designed separately for children and adults. Trainings for children are organized with attention to pedagogical elements. They are shaped by considering elements such as suitability for the target audience, clear and achievable learning objectives, ensuring active participation of children, considering individual differences in the learning process, adhering to the principle of moving from concrete to abstract, from easy to difficult, and using enhancing content and methods. A wide range of trainings, from art education to technology education, are organized within the scope of the project.
Adult trainings are organized according to the andragogy model, and the academics involved in the project are aware that internal factors such as intrinsic satisfaction, increased self-esteem, and improved quality of life are as important for adults as external rewards, as they learn to cope with tasks and problems encountered in real life. Academics involved in the project for training act with the knowledge that increasing educational motivation is as important as education itself. Trainings are designed according to the active learning approach wherever the villagers are.
Project modules are prepared in a multidimensional way. On the other hand, even if not previously designed within the scope of the project, new training programs will be implemented in case new needs arise in rural areas.
