Within the scope of field studies aimed at shaping rural development according to local needs, a comprehensive evaluation has been conducted in Kestel Village. The general social and economic situation of the village, especially the structural problems faced by the villagers, has been examined on-site. In this process, which was carried out with a participatory approach, both existing needs were identified and local potentials were made visible. We thank all the residents of Kestel Village who contributed to the conduct of the study, and especially our Headman Mr. Hasan Durmaz.
