In the context of field studies conducted to contribute to the shaping of rural development in line with local needs, a comprehensive assessment has been carried out in Bağsaray Village. The research examined the village's social and economic structure, existing infrastructure opportunities, and local production potential on-site. In a participatory approach, the village's priority needs, encountered problems, and opportunities for development have been identified.
