Collaboration between Köy Üniversitesi and Karamanlı District Agriculture Directorate

Strategic Cooperation Project Consultancy Training Application and Research Center and Karamanlı District Agriculture Directorate have organized the Village University: A Multidimensional Approach to Development in Burdur Province project, which is carried out within the scope of the Universities' Regional Development-Oriented Mission Differentiation and Specialization Project's Increasing Sectoral Competitiveness of Burdur Province: Integrated Development through Differentiation in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry sub-project, with the aim of improving the quality of life of individuals in Karamanlı district and central villages, increasing productivity in the agriculture and animal husbandry sector; to implement all modules and programs of the Village University model. 

With the protocol signed within this scope, it is aimed to contribute to regional development. Thanks to this cooperation where science and local experience meet, it is expected to provide support to producers, young people, and entrepreneurs.
