Village University conducted a training program aimed at increasing disaster awareness in Burdur Askeriye Village on November 20, 2025. In the study conducted by Dr. Lecturer Murat Abdulgani KUŞ, the importance of preparation before disasters, emergency behaviors, and community solidarity were addressed.
In the practical activities carried out with the active participation of the villagers, the basic steps to be followed during a disaster were demonstrated with practical examples. The training also contributed to the development of suggestions suitable for the needs of the village.
We thank the Askeriye Village Headman Mr. Hasan Gedik for supporting the event and all the villagers who participated.
