We Held Our First Awareness Meeting on Combating Addiction in Bügdüz

Within the scope of Village University studies, an important step was taken in Büğdüz. Under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Sütlü and Lecturer Özge Kutlu, an Awareness Training in Combating Addiction was organized at Ömer Naci Bozkurt Primary School.

Throughout the training, children had the opportunity to learn how to recognize risks they may encounter in daily life through interactive activities. Thanks to colorful materials and presentations, the children's interest was extremely high. We extend our thanks to School Principal İsmet Özçelik for supporting the organization of the program.

This first visit was a valuable start in increasing awareness of combating addiction in Büğdüz. The studies will continue with activities in different village schools.
