We Empower Our Women Farmers in Çatağıl Village: Cattle Breeding Training

Within the scope of the Village University, the "Empowering Our Women Farmers: Cattle Breeding Training" organized in Çatağıl Village was implemented as a special training aimed at increasing the effectiveness of women in rural production processes.

In the training given by Prof. Dr. Şima Şahinduran, practical information on cattle breeding was prioritized, while suggestions were shared to address the needs encountered by women producers in their daily production practices.

The program, which saw intense participation from women farmers, provided an opportunity for experience sharing beyond information exchange, creating an environment of solidarity. In this aspect, the training stood out as an effective step in strengthening the role of women in rural development.
